The legs lined up perfectly with the back of the TV, were easy to install (came with a variety of bolt sizes in baggies), are of good quality (no sharp edges or burrs), and now the TV is rock-solid on a table

The stand is 28" tall, which on a 32" TV is really tall, but the TV is stable, and the rubber feet on the stand are kind to the furniture

You will need a flat surface other than the floor to lay your TV down to attach the legs, because they are at an angle

I purchased this TV stand to elevate my 2011 42" Panasonic Plasma TV up over my new Vizio S4251W-B4 soundbar which it does very nicely, in fact the stand did one better.
