I would recommend this item to everyone who is looking to replace their base stand

A cross bar added to remove its flex would make it the perfect item though

this item worked out very well for me.not at all hard to put together.

This item isn't "clunky" looking like some others; in fact, you can barely see it!

2 out of the first 4 bolts that I attempted to fasten to put it together were not crafted correctly and therefore the item is useless until I go to Home Depot to get replacement bolts.

I can see this item working well with larger tv's.
