This is a good-enough product that you can get a pretty close to right angle (referencing the side of your tool) edge with a consistent bevel that is razor sharp

The product was very easy to use and also has a couple of angle measurements embossed on the side for quick reference without digging out the owner's manual

I'll perhaps assume it's me (as opposed to a poorly designed product) but if so then I still don't recommend this for a lack of robust usability.

Thanks for a great product to hold chisels consistent position while sharping.

I filed the inside profile of the guide a bit so my chisels would fit better, but product overall worked very well (especially for the price) in renewing some worn out chisel edges.

All, first off you need to know, we love your sharpening gauge product here in our woodshop, however, if you notice from many of the you-tubes out there modify your product, because it does not firmly hold the beveled chisels and planes.... with a few tweeks this could be an "Excellent Product" and distance yourself from your competition

Your product worked well but I found it a bit awkward and uncomfortable to use especially on a planer blade seriously "out of whack

This product is fantastic, I sharpened my wood chisels with this after sharpening them on the Tormek 8 and what a difference the chisels were scary sharp
