Bass is there and you can hear everything with amazing accuracy but you are not going to be rattling your skull with themFor $250 its going to be hard to find a better pair of closed back headphones at the same price range.

Maybe I was unlucky and got a faulty pair or maybe this is the price to pay for stellar crisp sound with "some" active noise cancelation

I mostly listen to a lot of EDM and pop music and although they sound perfectly fine, I wouldn't necessarily recommend these pair of headphones for those genres
