I had to buy a second pair for me at this price before I missed out!The soundstage at this price is unbelievable

I own a pair of Fidelio X2s, but I needed a pair of closed cans to block out fan noise in the dorm

I had purchased a previous pair of Audi-Technica noise cancelling headphones.

So these pair do the job and exceed my expectations

My husband has a B&O pair made like these that swivel and they’ve lasted for some time

This pair is the best of what I own.

I have been looking around for quite a while for a good pair of headphones that were both comfortable and sound good

Kids that want an insane pair of headphones that vibrate your head with bass won't like these.

When paired with fiio e17 dac/amp they sound really good

I award five stars because I do love this pair - it is fantastic.

I got the brown and red pair (solely because they were cheaper), and they're a beautiful pair of headphones

I'm no headphone expert, but he's gone through quite a few and said these are the best pair he's ever owned.

Those headphones, while comfortable, gave no better sound quality than that cheap pair of SONY headphones, were fragile, and were uncomfortable after long periods of time

In the name of terminating this issue, I purchased a cheap pair of SONY headphones and they did the job

Then, I realized that these headphones have extremely sensitive pairing to its source

This pair of headphones are super great!

Prior to these, probably the best pair of cans that I owned were my Sennheiser HD 598 Special Edition set that I got last year.

However, over time, as my sense of false tech savvy grew, so did my wish for a slicker, better pair of headphones

Let me start with a brief story about my experience with headphones:A few years ago, I purchased my first pair of headphones because I was annoyed at the fact that whenever I did something on my computer, I was tormenting everybody else in the house with the audio of whatever I was doing at the time, be it video games or music

The clarity is amazing and due to their accuracy these sound like a mature pair of headphones at this low price.

These are definitely going to be a favorite pair for years to come.

A nice pair of headphones

These are a great pair of headphones if you are looking for pair to take on the airline or use listening to music.

However, the pair of headphones I received from FS are FAKE

Bass is there and you can hear everything with amazing accuracy but you are not going to be rattling your skull with themFor $250 its going to be hard to find a better pair of closed back headphones at the same price range.

Maybe I was unlucky and got a faulty pair or maybe this is the price to pay for stellar crisp sound with "some" active noise cancelation

this pair of headphones do a lot more right than wrong by either omission or commission

I mostly listen to a lot of EDM and pop music and although they sound perfectly fine, I wouldn't necessarily recommend these pair of headphones for those genres

If you are from little city where lack of audio showrooms then buy few pairs at amazon and return which you will not fall in love with

I have a pair of 558s that I like but don't love and need something that is closed for use at the office.

My brother has a pair of their ATH-M50x and really likes them, but he prefers his Sennheiser HD 600s, which is why I bought my 598s.

Got a pair of these MSR7s and really loved them off the bat

The earpads are nice and plush as they should be, plenty big for my ears, but aren't huge or overly soft

The mids are really good though, as well as the highs

I can tell that these are very much meant for the casual listener, as they did not benefit from an amp from what I could tell

The new Momentum's (especially wireless) are about as close to perfect as you can get for a portable consumer headphone

I have a pair of M50x's as well as with several other pairs of headphones, but these are by far my favorite set now

the next step up was their ESP "phones"Koss ESP-950 Electrostatic Stereophone but at about a grand each and the lack of portability, for those reasons they weren't even a consideration
