It picks up the mids and highs pretty well, but seems to be lacking body, as opposed to the higher end AT2020, which sounds much more full but is similar in terms of sound in the mid and high ranges

I feel FORCED to give a 2-star rating because of terrible support and lack of owning up to the manufacturer defect

My biggest gripe with it is the lack of a mute button.

The volume buttons seem to work as it shows a volume bar on my monitor when making adjustments.
