It's a good plug and I would buy it again because of the 2.4a output
The plug is sometimes hard to line up in the socket for some reason, so I can totally understand how the other reviewers are managing to break it.
Both usb ports have never worked correctly when two cables are plugged in at the same time
The plug routinely falls out of the socket, and it typically charges my phone to 50% and then STOPS CHARGING IT
They will not do a fast charge like a Samsung charger will, but not everything has to fast charge all the time, but at 2.4A does a great job, the only thing I noticed was the plug got warm, but not hot to touch.

Really bothers my sleeping in the bedroom and have had to move to another room
For me, it's bright enough to disrupt my sleep, but I just threw a towel over it to block out the light
There are two things I do not like about this charger: the first is that it does not charge, and the second is that there is a LED light on there when you plug it in that glows in the dark and disturbs my sleep.

When using this charger, there is some terrifying & unacceptable buzzing or hissing noise
I had to ship one back due to the strange buzzing noise comping from it when plugged into the wall outlet without any device or cable attached
The second issue is that YES mine made the buzzing or hissing sound wether this is due to lack of quality control or overall due to how the USB adapter is designed

It works fine, the only issue is that it has a bright LED that I don't like at night in my dark bedroom.
The white LED light is way too bright; in a dark bedroom, it casts a significant amount of light
I tried taping over the light with a little piece of cardboard and some dark tape, but the light diffuses throughout the plug unit and is pretty noticeable in a completely dark bedroom
This is the perfect charger except for one fatal flaw: it has a super-bright LED that is incredibly annoying when trying to sleep in my dark bedroom
