The second issue is that YES mine made the buzzing or hissing sound wether this is due to lack of quality control or overall due to how the USB adapter is designed

When using this charger, there is some terrifying & unacceptable buzzing or hissing noise

I had to ship one back due to the strange buzzing noise comping from it when plugged into the wall outlet without any device or cable attached
