Even with the failure I'm still giving it a 5 star rating - sometimes things break and with the great support, it gets the high rating.

I am bumping this up to 3 stars overall, although the extender didn't work for me over the distance claimed (I tried 100 feet) the customer service from AV Access is 5 stars, they were very proactive about contacting me to try to help solve the problem

The only thing I'm not fond of, and it is not enough to make me knock down a star, is having all the ports on one side
