It's so easy that a preschooler can work the tab to open

The rings are strong, the tabs to open them are sturdy and easy to use

The binders are made for heavy use thus the premium easy opening tab.

While the ease of opening the rings with the top and bottom tabs is simple and easy to do, the less than stellar construction takes away from the overall quality of the product

the rings work great, one touch and they are open or closed (only has tab on one side to open and close) but the binder feels cheaply made so the reason for the 3 stars

They have clear covers on front and back, as well as on the binder edge

As the item photos show, with EZ-D rings the slanted portion has a gentle curve in it rather than being straight, and there is a less abrupt transition from the slanted right-hand portion to the semi-cicular left-hand portion of the rings, making page-turning almost as easy as with regular round rings while still allowing the binder to hold more pages than round ring binders of the same size
