Clear picture during the day, pretty distorted at night
I can see pretty well with just the reverse lights on in the dark and during the day the picture is pretty good, although grainy
Also, if you are reversing and go over a bump, or if you close your trunk too hard the picture will get lost and then appear but start cycling through about three times before it stops
At night with no other light sources other than the backup lights, the picture is understandably a little grainy, but it is perfectly usable for maneuvering your vehicle
During the day, the picture is mostly clear, at least good enough for a backup camera, at night it is a different story

Camera resolution isnot as good as the Crutchfield product.
Cheap products create a "throw society" plus wasted time, sure Asia pumps out junk at amazing speed, but I will pay more for quality, and not be forced to waste time to replace junk every year
the video quality is complete crap, i am using my sct livewire ts as the video monitor and am completely disapointed with the quality
So, I grabbed a small Phillips screwdriver to first test and see if the screws were just loose and needed tightening.
and I secured the screws on the size as tie as it can be and it still moves
The camera says waterproof but the unit is so cheaply made that the screws that hold it together were not secure and stripped.
My unit was missing a screw on the bracket, and the screws that are on the bracket do not actually tighten properly, which causes the camera to vibrate when driving, making the guidelines not correct, and the camera slightly undependable (down to the inch when backing up)
The only negative would be the mount, it works but there is not a lot of options and the screws for the mount were not very secure.
