I have a Jeep Cherokee with a factoryinstalled back up camera in it and will have to say that the vehicle which I installed this camera in has a much crisper/clearer view of whats behind you, be it day or night viewing

The first thing I noticed was the amount of area behind my truck it showed compared to my last camera, excellent wide angle view, great for spotting cross traffic and pedestrians

The horizontal view is much better than my previous license mount camera.

I did have to mount the camera upside down to get the proper view ( right side up) and the monitor I used had no adjustment for flipping the image

Now with this camera, my rear view mirror and side mirrors, I can back up without turning around with a nice more than 180 degree view.

The view is amazing during any time of day or night.

When I am backing out of the garage on a sunny day (most days in Tucson) the camera gives me a clear view of the driveway until it is hit my sunlight and the picture washes out.
