I tried a few and so far Infocar on my android cell phone is by far the best app

The only issue I found so far was the Torque Pro app.

This Bafx ODBII Reader along with the free "Torque ODB" app, gives you a ton of data - if you're at the track, you'll want to paid version

The really great part about this reader though, is that after it dried out for a few months, now it works as before
