One thing to look out for is if you are kickboxing and the mats are on hard floor they will slip

This is a huge disappointment and makes the flooring look trashy

I bought this mat to protect the carpet and floor from the dents from exercise weights.

I use under patio chairs that were scratching my tile floors.

If you want this to protect your floor from weights, it's a viable option

The interlocking foam floor mats work beautifully to protect the cement floors from my workout equipment.

I selected two smaller packages that when added combined to the perfect floor space rather than one larger order which was more expensive.

We turned part of our garage into a home gym, and this exercise mat works perfectly - super easy to assemble, lightweight but appears to be sturdy, protects the gym equipment and the garage floor.

This flooring is perfect

I originally order this flooring in February of 2020 but didn't actually lay it until June of 2020.

It also protects my floors from my weights and when I jump rope

I am only using 3 of the 6 as that gives me enough room and still leaves me clear floor space when I'm not on the mat.

It protects my floor and supports my treadmill, weight bench and dumbbells very well.

Please get these if you want better flooring for your exercise!

Overall great buy but so lightweight that it slides on hard floors
