Light weight easy to assemble
-
I'm starting to build a home gym and wanted some material to protect my floor as well as my weights for working out.
-
I use these to hold a bench, some adjustable weights, and a rowing machine
-
They are great for workouts especially during a time when we are all home trying not to gain more weight
-
Heavy weights will dent or leave marks,, but good padding for the money.
-
Nice and thick to absorb the weight yet light weight so easy to carry and put together.
-
We have a suspended heavy bag, free weights and aerobic equipment and will be investing in more tiles as we grow our space!
-
Holds the weight of my pull up and dip station as well as great for push ups and ab crunches.
-
This product is too soft and does not withstand weight well.
-
Excellent in thickness foam mats, 1inch, in protecting my floor, my knees, and supporting home-gym weight rack system and weights
-
The thinner ones are about 6.5-7/16"That said, the surface cleans up pretty well, and resists imprinting from weight pretty well
-
We also wanted something that we could set out weights down on and not harm the floor
-
These tiles are better suited for light weight lifting with free weights and placing light machines (i.e. small exercise bikes) on them
-
We put this on concrete garage for padding for workouts and to use our free weights and bench.
-
One rectangle section under free weights and one square section for aerobics and yoga
-
These pads don’t absorb the impact of the weights well
-
It handles the weight of exercise equipment, free weights
-
Good padding for exercising including supporting bench and weights.
-
n’t have any other flaws other than they don’t match and looked dusty when I put them down
