    Bang & Olufsen Beoplay P2 Portable Bluetooth Speaker with Built-In Microphone - Black

    • Update took a couple of minutes.- Setup tap and shake functions
    • The unit has only one multi-function button that works as power button, a Bluetooth pairing button as well as a mute button during calls
    • Both functions are a bit touchy, if easy to overcome with mindfulness
    • App needed to set up shake and tap functions but not worth keeping after
    • On top of all that, you can use the P2 to replace the crappy speakerphone function on your smartphone and you get a much, much, much better sound and microphone
    • If you do not download the Beoplay App, the device defaults to the “Remote” feature for the tap and shake functions
    • Other than customizing the "tap and shake" functions & a minimalist EQ, do we really even need the app
    • This B&O is also MUCH more superior than my KEF MUO Wireless Bluetooth Speaker - Racing Blue which is roughly twice the price of the
    • If B&O makes big improvements to its app and devotes more effort to explaining how to use their stuff versus wowing potential customers with overproduced webpage marketing videos, eventually you will be able to realize the P2's full potential.

    • The volume level is the most perplexing issue - guess B&O quality control continues to lag (obviously the company has no idea about or interest in Six Sigma).In an attempt to “fix” the problem I have uninstalled and reinstalled the B&O app, deleted and reestablished the Bluetooth connection, but neither seemed to make a difference.
