Battery life between charges was excellent and recharge time was fairly quick.

We use these in a liquor store where before obtaining this product it was difficult and a little offensive to the customer to shout in their face, these are great they can go up to 1.2 miles and the battery life is great as well , definetely a great buy

UPDATE- My son and I toyed around with these at our local east coast ski resort, they worked really well for us to stay in touch, we programmed in FRS frequencies and were able to communicate all day and all over the resort with out issue, battery life was good, for $20 a pair you can't beat it
