    • Two things sort of bug me, the second one being a bigger issue to me
    • Good, except for the static issue
    • The FCC Enforcement Advisory, issued on September 24, follows an August 1 Citation and Order (Citation) to Amcrest Industries, LLC (formerly Foscam Digital Technologies, LLC), an importer and marketer of popular and inexpensive BaoFeng handheld transceivers, alleging that the company violated FCC rules and the Communications Act by illegally marketing unauthorized RF devices.
    • I really like the product, but am having severe issues getting a response from the seller regarding a very simple problem.
    • , I learned that I could get started in amateur radio with equipment costing less than $100, and that CW is no longer even required!I have since been issued my technician level license, and have been enjoyed learning the new hobby with this inexpensive, yet quality radio!Many people use the terms "Cheap" and "Inexpensive" interchangeably.
    • IT's an okay product, but there is a constant static issue I get with it.
    • As for Foscam (the seller), while there appears to be a language barrier, they have responded extremely promptly to one issue I had (on another purchase), working quickly to rectify the issue and far exceeded my expectations regarding problem resolution (I had a bad battery, they sent me an entire new radio with battery!).Finally, since I brought up batteries
    • It doesn't work a month after I bought it, my colleagues all have the same issue
    • Update: Upon posting this review I was contacted by customer service and they sent me instructions to correct this issue
    • The real issue is they basically ignored requests to resolve, and have not provided any details on what, if any, options are.
    • The only issue is the power/volume knob falls off easily
