First off these are great radios and shipping was quick

Pain to program manually if you're entering a lot of data, get the cable and Chirp S/W. Have not done any extensive testing with different antennas etc but the stock duckie works hitting local repeaters (30-50Kms away)

It is also one of the most popular H/Ts with the worst written Chenglish manual ever.
