Of course, they know that, it is an obvious game changer when the SCAA says its the best new product for 2016.

Clearly, they do know their products are defective

I really want this product to work, I hope Baratza can figure out whats wrong so they can be successful and we can enjoy the product.

Product has nice features but so cheap it seems like it was made in mainland china.

Overall, Baratza is a great product, with the biggest drawback being the loudness.
