The LED lighting is a really nice feature that I enjoy.

The Virtuoso "Plus" has a couple of features that I really like, such as the LED light that lets you see the fill level in the grounds bin and the digital readout on the front display

It is supposed to have a little better burrs, I really like the push button start/stop/wheel and the LED lighting is a nice touch over the Encore.

Cleaning is simple and the light in the grounds bin is super handy

I also really love the LED light in the canister so you can see the grinds

this product does an excellent job of grinding, has a darkened bean holder to avoid too much light, and cleans easy after I bought the recommended item (tablets) that "self cleans" the grinder

We ALMOST got the lesser model without the LED display and light, but boyo, this thing is REALLY, REALLY worth every single penny.

The fixed settings doesn't allow me to adjust espresso grind as finely as I like, but still I'm able to get the grind for a good shot of espresso on my Flair Pro 2.
