The Baratza also happens to be a gorgeous, compact machine.
-
If you’re more of a ballpark scoop sort of coffee brewer then the Virtuoso+ is likely a great machine for you.
-
That said, we purchased this machine and just love it.
-
Not cheap, but a great machine
-
However, if you are dedicated to keeping this machine clean as a whistle on a regular basis, be prepared for some mornings when you will discover what the phrase "curses like a drunken sailor" really means.
-
Easy removable grind cup and relatively quiet machine.
-
Great machine precise grinding fresh daily.

Then suddenly I noticed the Virtuoso+ - having likely rejected its predecessor machine previously
-
I haven't cleaned this machine, yet, but otherwise it exceeds expectations
-
Not sure what Amazon reviews means by "sheerness" but this machine is sheer fun and satisfaction and a fair value given it's sales price.
-
other than that, I love this machine.. but only gave 4 stars because of the timer, and have no idea the purpose or design of that, and it's a real pain if I go from 30 second grind to a 10.

A great machine with easy control over specific grinds we use for drip, pour over and French press

;-)The machine is much more expensive than any other coffee grinder I've had, but having taken the plunge, I'm glad that I did
-
If you didn't grasp and shake the machine to make sure the beans were dropping into the grinder, you would get that loud whirring noise that meant no grinding was happening.
-
but it is a solid machine that worked for me
-
The machine was famous in the coffee drinkers and baristas
-
Redeeming qualities: the light in the repository is a nice touch and it’s a beautiful machine.
-
I love this machine, especially that you can remove parts to clean and repair.
-
I seriously doubt this machine, which is clearly over built for what it's designed to do, couldn't have been given a timer that goes up to a full minute or even 90 seconds... at the end of the day, this isn't a huge problem, just an inconvenience... but for an expensive product, it's worth a star.
-
I use a French press, so my coffee is not ground fine, but even so, this grinder produces a very fine residue of grounds that builds up quickly and jams the machine, requiring disassembly and cleaning
-
Love this machine!
-
This machine is great for what it's meant to do
-
Always ground at their finest setting and it took a very long time to grind 3 pounds of beans and I never considered these machines very well maintained and handled by way too many people.
-
The fixed settings doesn't allow me to adjust espresso grind as finely as I like, but still I'm able to get the grind for a good shot of espresso on my Flair Pro 2.
