Very nice quality does a great job grinding fresh beans - my only complaint is that some of the ground do seem to miss the hoper - its not a lot at all but enough that I do have to wipe it out now and then

I contacted their customer support and got a replacement, thinking the unit I purchased from Amazon was defective in some way, but that has also had the same disappointing grind quality

The fixed settings doesn't allow me to adjust espresso grind as finely as I like, but still I'm able to get the grind for a good shot of espresso on my Flair Pro 2.
