Batman: Arkham Origins - Playstation 3

    • That being said, the gameplay is still exceptional, and as good as Arkham City
    • the gameplay is like the other two
    • But, it still has fantastic gameplay, an incredibly well told story, with just a very average city to roam around in
    • The gameplay is OK and very much like the other 2 games, but it feels like more of the same, and not in a good way.
    • This game brings back classic gameplay with new gadgets and an awesome origins story.
    • The gameplay itself was great and very enjoyable
    • Whereas arkhcity i played through at least 6 times, the story is great but the gameplay is also at least as good if not better, so its much more enjoyable to play over and over-unlike in previous game, its not possible to KO the thug youre going to interrogate, meaning the fun of leaving him till last by carefully avoiding hitting him is gone
    • Gameplay is just purely awesome so far.
    • Choppy gameplay, an okay attempt at coping the actual Arkham games however, the camera movement is choppy to the point of nausea.
    • Gameplay is very realistic and the open world type of environment lets you go almost everywhere you want
    • Admittedly, there's not much in the area of innovation, but the Arkham series has established itself as the best of any Batman game with very satisfying and rewarding gameplay
    • I think they got to greedy and cramp to much info into the gameplay and created some very annoying lagging & frustrated gameplay
    • But other than that, I do enjoy the gameplay.
    • It didn't have that many new additions like the jump from Arkham Asylum to Arkham City, but it was still more of the same great gameplay.
    • As for the good, the combat and predator gameplay is still enjoyable, although uninspired (and repetitive)
    • As each game in the Batman: Arkham series was released, the gameplay mechanics and open world have grown stronger and stronger, and Arkham Origins continues that
    • They took on the daunting task of telling an origin story that remains consistent with the mythology, refining gameplay that wasn't flawed to begin with, and giving us as much content and fan service for us Batman fans to dive into
    • That said, there are a few unnecessary gameplay additions that bring the experience down
    • The gameplay is good, just like the other Batman games
    • It is filled with bugs, frame rate issues, and unreliable gameplay
    • And this game is amazing, the graphics, the gameplay, so much better than Arkham City.
    • Good gameplay, good story, tons more baddies to beat up
    • Gameplay is great and the best villains appear
    • Gameplay is classic, with a few enhancements
    • Other than that almost all of the gadgets are slight alterations on those in Arkham city, which is somewhat disappointing (the triple batarang does make a return from arkham asylum and is as useful as ever)The most standout gameplay feature here is the boss fights which set a new standard for the series (one boss fight being the exception)
    • no super strength! Therefore superman, a guy who could destroy a planet would beat him instantly!Poor gameplay, poor graphic, and bad story is not what makes a good game!
    • While its combat and travel is repetitive and Arkham City-ish, the story is absolutely enthralling, and the gameplay is still entertaining in this new setting.
    • gameplay is what you would expect from an Arkham game (fun and very polished) and the story so far it's engaging, but graphically I really don't like it very
    • Origins is filled with uninspired and repetitive boss fights, bland level design, pointless gameplay additions that offer nothing, and nerfed mechanics
    • Arkham Asylum gave us excellent graphics, an excellent storyline, excellent voice acting and above all else, excellent gameplay.
    • Gameplay is fun, but I made the mistake of setting hard difficulty
    • really good graphics, really good gameplay, really good storyline, too much side stories though
    • Great Game, fantastic story good gameplay.
    • Gameplay and audio are great
    • Boss battles are some of the best of the series, gameplay is consistent, and the story is engaging
    • The gameplay is as good as ever, the story is fantastic, I LOVE the boss battles, the new gadgets and the new enemy types are fun (espescially the ninjas that can counter you back or attack with multiple strikes), and there is soooo much to do
    • If you enjoyed the gameplay of the previous games you will not be disappointed in this game
    • The gameplay was just ok, but the writing really sucked
    • The gameplay itself is still pretty good, but there were two things I took issue with.
    • Origins is still really fun to play and if you liked the gameplay from Asylum and City then you will love Origins
    • Enjoyed the gameplay.
    • It is clear that plenty of effort went into making the story and gameplay come together, as well as into the fantastic voice acting and scoring
    • take on all of these characters that we all grew up loving, as well as it's dark and mature story
    • The cut scenes and story line was as impressive and entertaining as you can imagine, the voice actors do very admirable jobs, living up to the franchise standard set by the likes of Kevin Conroy and Mark Hamill.
    • The combat system is virtually unchanged from previous Arkham games, but for some reason, the controls just don't feel as perfect as before
    • He is in your sights, here comes batman gliding at you as fast as he can...who is gonna win!
    • First off, Batman can travel around the city just as well as he could before by gliding and using his grapnel gun to zip himself to ledges and rooftops
    • If you liked the first 2 games and want more then this is it, its just not as great as it could have been.
    • The story didn't have a sense of urgency and many elements felt like reheated leftovers from a really good meal...not bad, but not as good as when it was fresh
    • Countering more than one enemy is also improved as it requires you to press the counter button once for each enemy you are engaging
    • Some of the controls were changed, and I should have known I was in trouble as you can't improve on perfection.
