The USB works fine, although there is no software for this unit, so you are stuck with

this one is very basic - don't think of it as a great USB soundcard, but a mixer with an USB capability built in.

So the Cons: mine anyhow has noisy USB connection.

In the box: Mixer, power adapter and cord, USB cable and an easy to use instruction booklet

Now I have no weird USB noise.

You had to wiggle it and the usb also was faulty

Knowing about the cheaper non-USB version in retrospect, I probably would have purchased that one instead

The USB is awesome for small home recordings

The usb to computer is fantastic and cuts out on interference I sometimes see when using the analog line in on the motherboard.
