    BEHRINGER MICROMIX MX400

    • Four audio inputs is a nice number and it fits the audio show great
    • 1/4" inputs don't work with any of my computer, MP3, or phone audio plugs
    • It really is insane, one version mixes down 4 mono signal inputs into 1 mono signal output (creation side) and the other version, I assume because it isn't what I bought, splits 1 stereo signal input into 4 stereo outputs (listening side)
    • Just wiggling the inputs would usually fix the issue
    • (also, more than one input would be nice, but you can always run a mixing board into the amp.)
    • It had a loose input jack that caused intermittent operation.
    • I figured that it's designed to take 1 input and split the volume equally to 4 sources
    • I used several different things including a digital to analog audio converter box (because the analog audio input on most TVs are pretty garbage from my experience), adapters for the input from the converter box to the Microamp, and an extension cable for the headphones.
    • Finicky amp, sometimes you have to tap or twist the inputs to make them work
    • The inputs bleed into one another and if you turn the line levels, for any channel, past 50-60% it really really really distorts the input signal.
    • I gave 4 star for this mixer because the first one i ordered was a defective piece, input 2 was going crazy with a buzz
    • Tested every possible device and right channel input is dead
    • There is however only one input source available to you
    • I needed a way to boost the input of a wired lapel microphone coming from the preacher directly into my powered speakers.
    • From day one the input is defective, and I have to place my Quarter inch jack halfway in order hear the output in both sides of my head phones or from both monitors
    • it's an odd input format when considering being used in a studio situation.
    • The only improvement I would make is possible having the I/O panel top mounted to allow full access to this unit from one direction (such as for rack mounting it).
