I used to use a Scarlett 2i2 by Focusrite, but that started throwing up tons of errors when I switched from Win 7 to Win 10.The BEHRINGER UMC204HD works flawlessly, and was actually a few bucks less than the Scarlett.

Not sure why Behringer designed it like this, as that means only half of the pot's range is useable

Behringer's reputation is a mixed bag, and people seem to have a strong love/hate relationship with them with seemingly no middle ground

Don't knock Behringer because of its name in the past.

Behringer's probably not using tweaked hand-picked vatican discrete transistor virgin flux capacitors, but they will surely surpass the needs of most bedroom studio operators
