BEHRINGER V-TONE GUITAR DRIVER DI GDI21

    • It has a generic middle of the road fender clean sound, it takes pedals
    • Excellent pedal!I buy this pedal in "blind" and unexpectedly for me the sound was excellent
    • One workaround for this was that I did get some passable clean BRIT tones by turning down the guitar volume on my Strat, but there should be more options for a clean sound even with my guitar on 10.
    • Great distortion unit, several usable sounds
    • Very good sound...
    • It does provide some nice sounds, and does offer a nice degree of flexibility, but (again) much too noisy for a gig
    • The bad:the clean tweed sound is a nightmare to me
    • so all I want is a clean sound which this unit delivers.
    • if you amp sounds bad to begin with buy a better amp
    • These are good amp sounds
    • Great distortion unit, several usable sounds
    • And the clean sound, its the best
    • I used to use my clunky late 90's digital multi-fx for the same purpose (no DI output, though), and though I had more effects, I dislike the sound of digital drive and cab emulations from that era
    • Its ok, its impossible to get a good recordable sound with the Marshall, and Boogie setting its very noisey but uts also decent for the price
    • I use the Tweed amp setting, clean, with mic set to Classic, and with the other controls( drive, treble, bass, and level) set the same as on the TM300, the two are almost indistinguishable with only the slight difference that the GDI21 has a cleaner sound
    • Best used as a preamp pedal for clean sounds but limited to the TWEED setting with gain knob nearly all the way down
    • Worth the $s without a doubt
