The 90 degree swivel plug design is dangerous and a fire hazard

It makes me wonder if surge protectors are such a fire hazard on the whole that it's dangerous to attach them to structures, which means they are actually too dangerous to use

Have not encountered any of the fire hazards others reported, but I also switch mine off when itʻs not in use, which is most of the day

Sadly Underwriters Laboratories has issued warnings over the years of power strips and surge protectors that may present shock or fire hazards as well as ones that carry counterfeit UL marks on them.

Be careful about buying this as it is a fire hazard!!
