The plastic is very cheap, I'm afraid that the handle will break within a week or two because it jams every time you try to install it into its port for usage

This is a poor designbecause the plastic is not strong enough to withstand the tightening motion needed to secure the holder.

Not only is it made from cheap plastic, it has no auto shutoff, no way to tell how much water is already inside, and will burn your hand when you try to open it back up to add more water for frothing milk

I do not like the new style milk frothers, with the hard plastic sleeve, even with the gasket (even Krups uses this style now)

The knob to turn on the machine and the lid to water well are dome shaped, made of slick plastic and a little difficult/awkward to grip and turn.

The cheap plastic knob doesn't turn well and steam comes out of the side of it

Your espresso will also come out not as strong as it should

This is the second Bella Espresso maker I have purchased... the first one lasted a little more than 4 years before the control knob broke off as I turned it to steam.
