Had to return because lid to water tank could not be removed to add water

One feature no longer included is a button that pops above the water tank indicating that there is still steam pressure.

However, because of that and because it doesn't automatically turn off the heating in the water tank after it is done making the espresso and the water tank is dry, I wouldnt buy it again and definitely wouldnt pay more that ~$23 for it

If you are not careful, you might get steam burns or burnt from putting your hand on top of the water tank lid, which as you know it's very hot.

The latest model seems to have an updated design with a slightly larger water tank, more pronounced spout in the glass garafe, and no tamper at the end of the spoon (we are keeping the old one)

There is no steam pop-up button on the water tank lid to indicate the machine is still under pressure

that:- Parts don't fit properly - the cover for the glass carafe has a smaller hole which causes the coffee to drip outside of the cover and spill - literally have to hold it at an angle to prevent spillage, the filter holder can only partially be turned because it doesn't have enough slack, and the water tank lid doesn't have the steam indicator which is a great

I love the carafe that fits correctly (other brands don't supply) but I am not using the carafe to measure water quantity because unless I thoroughly clean the carafe, I am contaminating the water tank

The water tank can't be opened up right away to add more, because the vessel is pressurized and takes about a half hour to cool

The water tank smells funny and i fear I'm getting lead poisoning

You can't remove the water tank because it is quite literally a hole in the back of the machine, so I'm not sure how I'll ever clean it

Intense plasticky smell emanating from the water tank, even after many uses.
