For the pale color issue, on the first monitor I thought maybe I got a defective one, but the second monitor was exactly the same.

Quite awful colors, the range of blacks on display are terrible, dimly lit areas in games look really bad and there isn’t a lot of improvement through calibrating the display

I would say you might as well go for an ips monitor with better colors and a 5ms response especially at 60hz since the difference between 1ms and 5ms is hardly noticable.

It's basically made for a console with the 60hz limitation, and it's not worth it to buy anything more, as it's screaming fast, and if the color isn't as great as the 32", well, it's still better than any tv I had ten years ago

If two people are seated next to each other in front of the monitor, they will be able to see the background white color start to appear as a faint yellow color, but not a lot until you get to a much wider viewing angle.

Some nice menu options include blue light output, as well as color space and off timer

If you leave that off and use the monitor's HDR emulated setting the colors are richer

I can’t say the same for the HDR in games that are 4K on Xbox one x, the HDR looks watered down and colors don’t look so great it lacks brightness and looks “warm” and the fact that we can’t adjust color or brightness in the settings makes it worst, other than that it looks great on other games that don’t need HDR such as overwatch etc.
