I'm sure the TN panels fast response time is more beneficial for PC gamers, but for the Ps4 I couldn't tell the difference between 1ms and 5ms.

I would say you might as well go for an ips monitor with better colors and a 5ms response especially at 60hz since the difference between 1ms and 5ms is hardly noticable.
