BenQ GW2280 21.5" 1080p LED Monitor,Low Blue Light Mode, True 8-bit Color Performance, VESA Mountable, HDMI, D-Sub DVI-D, Speaker

    • beautiful display, hooked to lap top and
    • Excellent display replaced my wife's old one that died
    • very easy to set up, great display, and easy to adjust the volume, brightness, etc
    • Color quality is acceptable and not quite as accurate as my MacBook Retina Display, though the black levels on the BenQ are the deepest I have ever seen on a matte monitor
    • Even at zero brightness and with nvidia controller brightness set low, this display still needs a software dimmer to give the best results...and then the contrast and color does definitely suffer.- There does seem to be some light along the edges of the monitor, not sure if its just glare from the bezels but it's very distracting
    • The display of text isn’t as clear and crisp as I would like
    • I'm sensitive to bright displays and flickering light, so I had strong hopes when purchasing this monitor (I would have paid much more if it actually did all that it claimed).Unfortunately, the monitor suffered a few fatal weaknesses for
    • Display is not very sharp
    • Nice bright display and does what I need it to do.
    • For whatever reason, my eyes seem to prefer IPS displays with 80-90Mhz
    • Works great and is a nice and bright display, ready for videos, music, and gaming.
    • Colors are well displayed and true
    • VGA port is weird.-no speakers-DVI port works as expected-1080p display
