Color quality is acceptable and not quite as accurate as my MacBook Retina Display, though the black levels on the BenQ are the deepest I have ever seen on a matte monitor

Even at zero brightness and with nvidia controller brightness set low, this display still needs a software dimmer to give the best results...and then the contrast and color does definitely suffer.- There does seem to be some light along the edges of the monitor, not sure if its just glare from the bezels but it's very distracting
