Did not charge my phone as much as I thought it would but still a great product

The product itself is great, the issue I had is with the charging cable it would charge for about 5 minutes

Looks like a well built power bank, it has a nice LCD screen that display the charging as well as discharging battery percentage left.

Both micro usb and usb type-c ports support charging at 9V/2A. For better efficiency, I recommend to charge it with a QC charger or a PD charger if it’s compatible with QC.By the way, it will automatically cut off the power when all charging devices are fully charged

It's a fantastic power bank, my only complaint in that the USB C is input only, therefore you have to have another extra cable to be able to charge your phone.

If you are looking for a REALLY nice looking and feeling portable charger that has 1 port with QC, this is a great buy

The black finish with metal side bars is REALLY nice looking (I mean, really nice)

Again, this is a fairly large charger (yes there are slimmer ones on the market) but you get a lot for your money and the white is very nice looking

For reference, I also have Aukey, Anker, Tronsmart portable chargers and this Besiter unit is as good or better

It comes with a micro-USB cable to charge the portable unit itself

The efficiency of QC3.0 is obviously higher than smart usb

This 20000ma battery was able to charge my Moto X pure XT1575 6 times from below 15%

Lasts a long time and i like the display that shows how much percentage it has left i could charge my phone about 5 times all the way definitely worth it for the price

The build quality is excellent, has a nice texturized finish on the white exterior, display is bright and clear, supports Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 output, and input (only on the USB-3+C header, and will only charge one QC3 device at a time)

So overall the quality was great and performed great initially but after we came from Seattle it won't charge from USB-c

But, the usb port on the fast charging side dosnt work and the other port says slow charging with any cable and just drains my phone battery

Very useful for people with microusb fast charging phones such as galaxy's

My first impression is how impressive the capacity of this device is and how fast it could charge my devices

The battery broke and stopped working after about 7 months of use

It takes a time to charge the portable battery fully but with little to half in it is enough to charge my android and my boyfriends iphone
