Best battery pack I've owned.

But, the usb port on the fast charging side dosnt work and the other port says slow charging with any cable and just drains my phone battery

Fantastic battery, enough to quick charge my phone at least 5 times, or multiple devices between 2 and 3 times

The battery broke and stopped working after about 7 months of use

This is the best battery pack I've bought

It takes a time to charge the portable battery fully but with little to half in it is enough to charge my android and my boyfriends iphone

I have tried others that ran horribly hot, one even blew the battery up in my iPhone

It is a huge power bank and takes many hours to charge (which is understandable) however, after a month of owning this product it starting having charging problems where the percent would charge to 100% in minutes and drain as if it was never charged.
