The safety seal hadn't sealed right and the lid was loose

About the seller: my product came completely in tact and factory sealed, but the lid got cracked in shipping so it wasn't properly screwing on

Shipping box was completely fine but the lid was shattered

Im not going to give a bad review because sometimes the product is good but the handling of it is the problem as in this instance

I wish I saw similar reviews regarding this issue first
