My only concern are the cable pinch points, as the rubber flex peices are quite flexible, and should be a bit more rigid IMO, so care should be taken when OTG or lounging around as to not over stress the connection points

I noticed for a few days now that it was sounding quieter and a bit off

Its still a bit uncomfortable over a long duration

They feel a bit less brighter than the pair of Audio-Technica I have reviewed, but at the same time deeper and warmer

Some may find the neutral style a bit "flat" or boring, but for those people Beats by Dre has the overpriced headsets they seek.

I have the 80 Ohm variant, which is a bit difficult to drive without a small amp

On passive ambient attenuation they are a bit more effective than mine MT5

Maybe a bit too expensive but are very nice reference headphones.

I feel like that's a bit quick to attribute to any fault of my own, or normal wear or tear.

Unfortunately the 990's had worse sound quality than the 770 (a bit harsher sounding and not as clear) and were very uncomfortable even after only a couple of hours

My other headphones were never big enough to fit over my ears but these are, and its great!I would buy these again or as a gift.
