beyerdynamic DT 770 PRO 80 Ohm Studio Headphone

    • footsteps and enemies picking up things is very prominent, and the soundstage is surprisingly good
    • Good thing Amazon assisted me on this and refunded my payment without any hassle.
    • These things are also legendary in their
    • I have large ears and they have no problem fitting inside these thingsBuild Quality - These things are built like tanks
    • All things aside, these are great cans for the price.
    • Which is a good thing to me for accuracy
    • The one negative thing that bothered me the most was the cable
    • I watched the 4K bluray version of Deadpool: it had nice bass during explosions, I was able to hear things I never heard before (this is a good thing), dialog was so much clearer than my tower speakers
    • Sound great, are super comfy, and come with a long cord which makes hook up behind things super easy
    • Last thing - I was concerned about which ohms model to get
    • ATH M50s sound great, VModas, things of that nature, but they aren't anywhere close in sound quality to the DT770s.
    • This is a good thing
    • I really can't stress how well these things are built -- they're waaaay more durable than any other headphones I've seen under $300
    • The really amazing thing is, these are so comfortable, it feels like I'm listening to music with theater seats on my ears
    • The pair is easily the most comfortable thing I have ever worn over my ears: as warm as a knit ear-band thing, nowhere near as itchy as any knitted by kind friends out of what I assume to be steel wool
    • Durability:One of the best things about these
    • Really disappointed, ordered these headphones for my gf for Christmas because I heard so many good things about them
    • I went with the 80 ohm version, because I'm car audio fanatic and we like things a little more bassy
    • thinking I hit some bad luck and got a bunk set, I was ready to RMA these but not before doing some research to see if others had this, a google search yielded a vast sea of forum posts from other owners who had the exact same problem, and the ones who didn't have the common blown driver problem agreed that these distort horribly at an unreasonably low volume, even owners of the 250ohm ones said the same thing, high impedance cans should not do this, I would understand having an amp cranked up to max that can't drive these would get you hearing the amp being overloaded, but at barely halfway up
    • Previously used the average Logitech G35 headset for home and office, but these Beyerdynamnics kill that thing
    • These things are magic and have significantly reduced my listening times on any other headphone I own
    • The mids are still recessed but its not terrible and the bass is the sexiest thing I've ever heard - completely blows the V-Moda M100 away.
    • And that's exactly what I was looking for since I want to enjoy the same thing over and over, but never tire of having a new experience with something even though it's familiar
    • Second of all, these are very comfortable, you will have no problems with the comfort.3rd, these things can be used as portable cans (don't advise it) but you need an amp, like a fiio E11, and you need to rap the cable up with something like a rubber band
    • But that's the nice thing about being a programmer you can look as ridiculous as you want.
    • Which is a good and bad thing, I suppose - A mix that I made (a mix I thought sounded perfect) sounds muddy in areas that I edited and mastered.
    • My other headphones were never big enough to fit over my ears but these are, and its great!I would buy these again or as a gift.
