Speaking of the rubber grip, it's more "rubbery anf squishy" than most other pen grips, yet retains a sturdy quality, and it makes for a super neato writing experience, even as I kick myself for still having little-kid chicken-scratch handwriting at 24 :
These pens are what I'd expect from Bic- smooth writing, a good weight, good quality, and affordable.
I have tried these in different colors and they are all of the same consistent great quality.
I always buy these great quality pens, as a breast cancer survivor I am proud to show my pink!
Like most BIC products, quality is good but not great, but for the price you probably can't go wrong.
They write like gel pens so if you're looking for something of that style I would go for the Zebra Sarasa instead, but overall they were a good buy because I do love the colors.

These have smooth ink flow, draw a fine accurate line, are slim enough to fit into sleeve pockets of 5.11 uniform shirts, the metal clip is sturdy and rounded so it is not prone to snagging
My little rant: there are way to many kinds of fancy pen technologies - hint - all I want is to write and not smudge - if anyone has found simple push button pens that do just that let me know!

For a ballpoint pen, this is a very smooth way to write things.
My only real reservation is that the way they "click" doesn't feel super-secure; I kind of suspect they might become harder to click with heavy use
