Bought this for myself - nearly as good as a prescription gel I also use.

It's relatively long-lived relief for a top gel, too, and if applied in the night before bed, lasts even longer.

Goes on smooth and doesn't leave a tacky or sticky feeling like some creams/ gels do.

Since this gel is not sticky, it is not a problem to apply this several times even under clothing.

I use both this clear gel to relieve arthritis pain in neck and shoulders and also use the clear Biofreeze roll-on gel for same.

The gel has a strong odor that will eventually dissipate, but will nonetheless remain for awhile on whatever skin it contacts.

I have not noticed any relief from the clear gel.
