Make sure to wash your hands well after applying it, you don't want to inadvertently rub your eyes as it can burn.

Not as good as when I used to purchase this from my chiropracter about 7 years ago.

It does not work as much as I would like, but it doesn't have a strong smell and it doesn't freeze or burn your skin.
