I wish it was not necessary to clean the tank every time as it is a little more cumbersome than I expected, but I understand also that dirt cannot "disappeared" as I wish!

It saved time on the actual cleaning of the floors, though cleaning the cross wave itself took quite some time (I would wash the brush/dirty tank, filter, and plastic pieces by hand each night) so it turned out to be about equal time - perhaps longer -

If your like me and let it sit, the tank will take a few rounds of cleaning to get the smell out.

The only difference between this and the original crosswave is there is a cheap plastic grate that is inside the dirty water tank that is supposed to catch pet hair
