The product does not work effectively

I'm not picky about toast... but this one does the job... toasts

The middle section does not work

A cheap little toaster that does a good job making toast or a bagel

the bagel light does not illuminate so you can't tell if it is actually in bagel mode or

It works well and does it's job so good buy

We own a number of B+D products that we like very much, and this is the type of response that we would expect from a company that values its customers.
