We own a number of B+D products that we like very much, and this is the type of response that we would expect from a company that values its customers.

Love the cancel button if you decide you want it to pop faster than you had it set

Also the optional buttons are a pretty poor design, you can't tell if the Bagel/Frozen button is on or off.

The bagel and frozen buttons give no indication of whether they've been chosen

It even had led buttons, a proper crumb tray and just worked

However, since there is no light or other indication as to whether you have pressed the bagel or frozen buttons, you'll have to keep an eye on whatever you're toasting.
