BLACK+DECKER 4-Slice Toaster Oven with Natural Convection, Stainless Steel, TO1760SS

    • That's fine except that the knob is very smooth making it difficult to grip and turn it, especially if your fingers have the least bit of moisture.
    • BUT, there are significant issues gripping the knobs, if your fingers are even slightly damp
    • so if you have slightly greasy hands, the knob is impossible to turn on or off
    • I had not idea when I purchased this that the knobs and dials would be so hard to understand.
    • To set the timer/setting, you need to move the dial clockwise past the 10 min mark and then back down to a lower setting - that's easy enough but when moving it in the counter-clockwise position, the knob is very hard to grasp and turn
    • I would like to see the pull mechanism back in.*Finally, the 3 knobs, even though my last one was the same, seem confusing, and takes some adjusting to, but got the feel for it quickly
    • , there's a lot of resistance when you try to turn the timer back which seems like it may damage the knob
    • Our only issue is that the knobs are a little difficult to turn.
    • I really didn't like the knobs as they're very slippery and hard to grip - difficult to decrease the cook time once it's started because the knobs are difficult to turn
    • The bottom knob is dangerous
    • The only negative is that the smooth chrome knob on the timer is very difficult to turn to the left to turn off the unit.
    • It needs to be modified with a better knob!!!
    • I placed a piece of bread in the oven, turned the top knob to "Toast", turned the second knob to "Toast" and then turned the timer past 10 minutes and back to a medium darkness level.
    • One knob is pretty tight and difficult to turn but other than that, works very well
    • They are very hard to read, slippery and hard to grasp and the timer is so tight and the knob so hard to grasp that it is impossible for me to turn it to the proper position
    • The slick, smooth chrome knobs are completely wrong for this device.
    • Anyone with 'arthritis' in their hands or older women will find the knob impossible to use
    • These knobs are easy to use and understand.
    • , there's a lot of resistance when you try to turn the timer back which seems like it may damage the knob
    • knob is so difficult to turn
    • My only complaint ---and ,for me, it's a big one---is the smooth shiny knobs
    • My only complaint ---and ,for me, it's a big one---is the smooth shiny knobs
    • Especially the knob for setting timing is so stiff and so smooth you can't get a grip to turn it
    • The time knob is not easy to reduce or want to shut it down
    • The knobs are not easy to use
    • Three separate knobs required, each knob difficult to read.
    • but I don't like the knobs too slippery toasts ok.
    • Settings are hard to use knobs not user friendly.
    • The bottom knob is very hard to turn
