That's fine except that the knob is very smooth making it difficult to grip and turn it, especially if your fingers have the least bit of moisture.

BUT, there are significant issues gripping the knobs, if your fingers are even slightly damp

so if you have slightly greasy hands, the knob is impossible to turn on or off

I had not idea when I purchased this that the knobs and dials would be so hard to understand.

To set the timer/setting, you need to move the dial clockwise past the 10 min mark and then back down to a lower setting - that's easy enough but when moving it in the counter-clockwise position, the knob is very hard to grasp and turn
