The product looks just as good as in the pictures and would easily complement any kitchen

This is well-made and is good value for the money but the knob combinations are difficult to understand and use for most people

This unit is very clean looking, looks nice on the countertop and cooks very fast (of course, I may have gotten used to the old one not being so efficient after many years)

Extremely small, none of the settings are accurate, the door has no springs so it has to be opened and closed very slowly, the door doesnt sit flush so heat escapes alot, the stainless steel is stained, the cord is only about a foot long so its very limited to where it can be placed

The stainless steel exterior is impossible to keep clean

Black and Decker produces nice utilitarian products for a great price.

It does the job... looks expensive ... good price

So if you are attracted to the cheaper price of this toaster, be forewarned and ready to stand by to prevent burning toast!!

This oven seems a little easier to use and clean than my old one

Perhaps, this oven was simply a "lemon" and the others, for the most part, function correctly

The time knob is not easy to reduce or want to shut it down

One knob is pretty tight and difficult to turn but other than that, works very well

so if you have slightly greasy hands, the knob is impossible to turn on or off

Three separate knobs required, each knob difficult to read.

Our only issue is that the knobs are a little difficult to turn.

My only complaint is the dials, especially the bottom one, is hard to read and gauge.

Only dislike is dial for setting just for toast is somewhat inconvenient.

I do think B&D's decision to use the word convection in the marketing will lead to some unhappy purchasers.

Seems like B&D could have put a little more thought into that.

My elderly dad says the dials are harder to read than our previous model because the contrast is not good in lower light.
