I like the crumb tray on the botttom but still have to unplug toaster some times, turn it upside down and get all the loose crumbs out.

It overall works well it would be nice if the top tray came out when you opened door.

I recommend lining the drip tray with tin foil to make it even easier to clean

It is hard to manipulate the trays, putting them in the oven and taking them out of the oven.
