This phone ha a problem with the screen detaching, so the build quality is not really all that good

The screen's quality is sharp and crisp, but the touch response of it felt like it was from a cheap Moto G or some other $100 smartphone

It has a great camera and a nice quality look and feel

Overall build quality is great and there is no phone on the market right

I'm not giving up on the Keyone just yet and hoping an OS update would take care of the poor speaker quality and reception during phone calls

The quality of sound/call, quality of the keys( though smaller than that in Passport) and speed of hot spots are wonderful and is par with that in Blackberry passport

I was considering moving back to Blackberry even before the Keyone came out for its security, reliability, tough build quality and of course the physical keyboard

Construction solid and very good quality its like the passport se with steroids ,regarding the wifi, and communication quality excellent as well ,with this you not need a faster processor unless you like heavy games ,but this is not a toy ,just a professional tool.

I love the quality of the phone and the features that android allows, even if it can be cumbersome

Wanted the keypad, quality is amazing and has all the "bells and whistles" for someone who doesn't use or need them

It has a super physical keyboard with numerous built in features, solid build quality, a very good camera, an adequate screen and a vastly superior battery

Both BB and TCL(manufacturer) companies are probably to blame here, but I blame TCL more for making faulty hardware AND for their terrible quality checks before packaging

I bought the Keyone because even after 3 years of typing on touchscreen phones, my accuracy was never as good as on the bb classic.

I'm a loyal blackberry user as I <3 the keyboard and this phone did not disappoint

the small width meant a small antenna which made T-Mobile act like AT&T... but at least it had WifiCalling.

"Y" for YouTube with the keyboard's shortcuts makes it even more useful.
