This is made from cheap plastic which will unlikely last long in the Florida sun

The screws strip out the cheap plastic when trying to put the cover on

Also the base is very cheap/thin plastic - not made to last - disappointed

That little dinky plastic "mount" included with the Blink XT camera just cannot compare to this mounting system.

The screw to tighten swivel is cheap plastic and does not tighten down

The mounts are made of a sturdy plastic and are easily adjustable

The wall mount though is another matter, it is cheap plastic, and is about impossible to actually adjust the camera to exactly where you want it

Aside from the fatally flawed screws and cheap plastic construction, these brackets are your only choice for a secure exterior mount unless you can find some commercial security camera or photography brackets to modify.

The bracket itself seems to made out of hard plastic but i do have some worry that the plastic may not hold

Nothing works as it should

While I would have preferred an after market bracket that didn't offset the camera so much, the need to be able to angle it for a precise picture of my house made a product like this necessary -
