It has everything I'm looking for (see previous list) in good, quality entertainment, and lacks all the things I despise in entertainment --filth, social agendas, nudity, sex scenes, foul language, and bloody violence

Unlike other cop shows this one does not glorify violence and the grotesque

Kind of a lot of unnecessary violence.

Interesting plot lines, down to earth family, well-told stories...without offensive language and unwarranted violence (given the show's premise) that takes over so much of today's television entertainment

Always a good story line with no sex scenes, foul language, or extreme violence

It shows just enough information to understand the crimes and topics without showing all the unnecessary gore and violence
